Charming Victorian 10K Gold Seed Pearl & Glass Garnet Ring

Description

Presented is a charming Victorian 10k gold, garnet and seed pearl ring. This piece dates to around 1875-1890 and was probably made in America. The central stones of the ring are garnet glass doublets, a layer of garnet over a glass back. Above and below the garnets are two seed pearls. A very elegant, lovely old piece.
The ring is in great condition. There are no breaks and no repairs.
The ring is not stamped or hallmarked, but we have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 10 karat gold.
The ring is a size 6 3/4.
The ring weighs 3.3 grams.
