    These buckles were manufactured for members of the John Deere Waterloo Works WAS (Westfield Avenue Site) Fire Brigade.  Each member of the fire brigade received a buckle and was able to purchase a second buckle.
    A TOTAL of ONLY 60 buckles were manufactured.
