This banner is made of vinyl mesh and measures approximately 2 feet by 8 feet with 4 grommets, 1 in each corner, and comes in clear plastic packaging fresh from the manufacturer.  For those not familiar with the fabric, vinyl mesh is, as the name implies, a mesh like synthetic textured fabric as opposed to the smooth, solid material of pure vinyl.  Vinyl mesh is an excellent choice for outdoors as it allows the wind to pass thru the tiny holes in the fabric of the banner while solid vinyl banners have a tendency to "capture" wind creating an almost parachute effect in the banner.  As a result, more often then not pure vinyl banners will not last quite as long as the more durable vinyl mesh banners.  F
