Please submit your information, color and font choices in the Notes to Seller section in PayPal or via eBay Message. Please review your information before submitting.  Double check your spelling, punctuation and capitalization.  Your order will be engraved exactly as submitted.
We may need to resize your text to fit in the available space.

Please make sure you have recent address on your paypal account.
It is buyer responsibility for ALL return tag/s by USPS due to your wrong address. We charge additional shipping $ to resend the item to your correct address.
Payment with Paypal eCheck will be processed after the fund have cleared.
If you don't send payment or engraving information within 7 days after you bid/buy, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for Non-Paying-Bidder
After payment and ALL engraving information completed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time before shipments.
Shipping will be with US Postal Service First Class Mail

Items are processed withing 24 hours however some items will not ship until NEXT BUSINESS day.
Returned tags must be sent within 14 days after buyer received the items. The S/H cost is NOT refundable.  Refunds not allowed for customer spelling errors.
Even though this is a rare occasion, the delay in transit time can happen. We are not in control for the shipping transit time.
Orders shipped outside the US
are sent International First Class (2-6 weeks) and does not include tracking outside the US.  If you wish tracking once item leaves the US, please upgrade shipping
