Design:
This stunning fan came from one of Kyoto’s
renown fan makers.
It is a lovely golden “Ume" stylized plum blossom Kamon on soft-finish washi-paper background. It has glossy,
black-lacqured bamboo struts.
It
measures 19” or 48cm from tip to tip when open and is 10¾” or about 27cm long when closed. Excellent quality,

Condition:
This fan is structurally sound and tight and shows only slight bends and other signs of apparent wear - it does have a
slight patina of age to the metalic Kamon (gold & silver oxidize over time)
but looks fantastic! In original box: see photos.
